TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAINTING AND PRINT PURCHASES:

  • 1.  Interested art collectors can purchase their selections directly through the website or by contacting Artstream directly at +65 91 87 84 78 to place an order and make payment arrangements either by check (for Singapore only) or credit card or PayPal.
  • 2.  Credit card transactions will be processed through the Artstream account.
  • 3.  A receipt will be sent to you from the seller (Artstream to the buyer via email).

PAYMENT

  • 1.  Full payment for the artwork/s must be made within 3 weeks upon making the down payment.
  • 2. The gallery reserves the right to re-sell the artwork/s, if the buyer does not make the balance payment on time.
  • 3.  Full payment must be made before the artwork is shipped and delivered.

PRICING

  • 1.  The prices of Artworks do not include shipping, handling and insurance.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

  • 1.  The shipping, handling and insurance charges and other related costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • 2. Paintings will be delivered in standard protective packaging. Prints/ will be sent rolled in suitable protective tubes. Stretched painting/s can be upstretched and sent rolled in protective packaging, upon customer/s request as this can result in substantial savings on shipping and packaging. /li>
  • 3.  Any artworks sent with glass frame, Artstream does not guarantee breakage.
  • 4.  Artworks will be shipped within 30 days of purchase upon full payment.
  • 5.  For local (Singapore) purchases, delivery is free. Floor level should be with lift access. Other charges Apply. For example: climbing up flight of stairs, hanging or procuring large ladder or use of Gondola to hang artwork in hard to reach areas.
  • 6.  Gallery will call to ensure the artwork/s is delivered to the buyer.
